Food:

Sudden introduction of new food may cause digestive system discomfort for cats. Please prepare enough food for your pet's stay.

We suggest you bring one or more of your cat's favorite "personal" item (such as a cushion, a toy, or even your worn clothes) to check-in with your cat. Familiar smell may help to relax a cat in a strange environment.

Our online webcam system supports: Windows, Mac, Android device, IOS devices, some mobile phone with Java support.(App needed for ANDROID, IOS, and other mobile devices.)

l   To ensure your feline is as safe and comfortable as possible, we request that you use a carry case for your cat upon arrival.
l   Vaccination must be applied within a yea.

l   All fees must be paid before boarding, and please provide a copy of your ID card or passport or residence certificate.

　． To prevent infections or any post-surgical complications, we are unable to accept cats that have just been neutered within 7days, nor wounded cats with stiches not yet removed.

※ All allergies and ailments must be declared when booking, we are not responsible pet owners to hide the cat suffering from disease or congenital diseases, or because there is no vaccine and non-human error, caused by any injury or death.

※ PLEASE – DO NOT GET your cat VACCINATED 24-48 hours prior to Boarding.

※ We also request your preferred veterinarian’s name and phone number to be on file while boarding. If youdo not currently have a preferred veterinarian, we can provide you with names of local veterinarians wehave worked with. However, it is your responsibility to choose a veterinarian you feel comfortable with and trust to make decisions should your cat need medical attention.

※ Extension of stay, please contact us at 1 day ago, if not more than seven days to respond, will beconsidered abandoned, we will directly inform the Animal Protection Department, by the arrangement we adopt.
